4 Course Italian Dinner Pairing will be held at the brewery on Tuesday, May 19th from 7:30-9pm
This event will include 4 flight glass pours (5oz) of select craft beers, seltzer and/or wine that have been paired nicely with Chef Campbell's 4 Course Dinner. Tickets are $50 per person (plus tax & tip) and you'll be required to pay $20 per person in advance to reserve your seats. You'll pay the remaining balance of $30 plus tax & tip at the event.
Start off with our fruit infused Hop Water (carbonated and 0% ABV)
Course 1 - Minestrone Soup paired with Captain Scott Rye Pale Ale
Course 2 - Arancini (fried balls of risotto filled with Mozzarella & Peas) paired with Hazy Shade Summer Wheat Ale
Course 3 - Large Pork Belly Cheese Ravioli paired with Sangiovese Red Wine
Course 4 - Tiramisu Dessert paired with Lord Dark Helmet (Dark German Lager)
