5 Savory Cities Dinner Pairing will be held at the brewery on Wednesday, February 26th from 7-9pm
Join us for a brand new dinner pairing where Chef Moyer is introducing 5 new dishes from 5 different US cities that will be paired nicely with 5 flight glass pours (5oz) of select craft beers & seltzer cocktails. Tickets are $60 per person (plus tax & tip) and you'll be required to pay $20 per person in advance to reserve your seats. You'll pay the remaining balance of $40 plus tax & tip at the brewery
Course 1 (new Orleans, LA) - Boudin balls with lime margarita
Course 2 (Santa Maria, Ca)- BBQ Tri- tip with Stained glass (NE Pale Ale)
Course 3 (Miami, Fl)- Cubano with Mojito Cocktail
Course 4 (Birmingham, Al) - Pulled Chicken Sammy & Alabama white sauce w/ Pilsner

This 5 Course Seafood pairing is $60.00 per person plus tax & tip, we collect $20 per person now and $40.00 plus tax & tip per person will be collected by your server at the end of your session (we ask that you please tip on the $60 value). Cheers
